  • Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf – 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon Stick – 3 cm stick
  • Cardamom Pods / Yelakai – 5
  • Cloves / Krambu – 5
  • Shallots / Sambar Onion – 15
  • Ginger – 4 cm piece
  • Garlic – 6 to eight fats cloves
  • Recent Coconut – 1.5 cup grated
