PEPPERELL – Everyone seems to be trying to beat the warmth through the latest scorching stretch – even the bears.
Mark in Pepperell captured video Wednesday morning of a black bear taking a refreshing dip in a yard koi pond.
The bear stayed within the pond for a couple of minute and didn’t seem to eat any koi for breakfast.
It has been an lively black bear season – over the weekend in Tewksbury, animal management requested residents to quickly take away chook feeders and different meals sources for bears after one was noticed on Deering Drive.
