The BJP MPs raised slogans towards Sonia Gandhi

In the midst of an enormous row in Lok Sabha over Congress chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury calling President Droupadi Murmu “Rashtrapatni”, Congress president Sonia Gandhi walked throughout the home to talk to BJP MP Rama Devi.
The dramatic scenes happened as BJP MPs raised slogans towards Sonia Gandhi.
“Sonia Gandhi, apologise,” Smriti Irani stated in the home, as members of the ruling BJP held up placards.
“Sonia Gandhi, you sanctioned the humiliation of Droupadi Murmu. Sonia ji sanctioned humiliation of a girl within the highest constitutional submit,” the Union Minister stated.
Exterior the home, requested whether or not Mr Chowdhury would apologise, Sonia Gandhi informed NDTV: “He has already apologized.”
